I am pleased to welcome you to PHEN’s “19th Annual African American Prostate Cancer Disparity Summit” as we celebrated our 20th Anniversary as an organization. Since our founding, we have witnessed important progress being made in recognizing the prostate cancer racial disparity and its deadly impact, however, there remains significant challenges in addressing and eliminating it. This summit focused on needs, strategies and efforts in the continuing quest to overcome these challenges. Each week during September, the sessions featured medical experts, survivors, community, government and industry leaders coming together to map future actions.

Each session also included audience participation as we are interested in hearing your voice in shaping actions to eliminate the prostate cancer racial disparity. Thank you for your support!
