Billy Mitchell (Democratic Party) is a member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 88. He assumed office on January 13, 2003. His current term ends on January 9, 2023. Mitchell (Democratic Party) is running for re-election to the Georgia House of Representatives to represent District 88.
He is on the ballot in the Democratic primary on May 24, 2022. Billy Mitchell served on the Stone Mountain City Council from 1995 to 2002. Billy Mitchell is also the President of the National Black Caucus to State Legislators since 2019.
