Diah Douglas, MD, is a Senior Medical Director, Oncology, within Global Medical Affairs at Lantheus. She brings extensive experience across medical affairs, clinical medicine, and healthcare consulting, with a strong focus on evidence generation, medical strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration in oncology.

In her current role, Dr. Douglas provides medical affairs leadership for an oncology portfolio that includes prostate cancer. She serves as a core medical lead, contributing to strategic planning, launch readiness, investigator‑sponsored research oversight, and medical governance, while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Prior to joining Lantheus, Dr. Douglas served as a Medical Director in Oncology within U.S. Medical Affairs at a global biopharmaceutical company, where she helped shape medical strategy across oncology programs spanning small molecules and immuno‑oncology. Her experience includes launch planning, strategic medical initiatives, health economics research, and key opinion leader engagement across multiple stages of development.

Dr. Douglas has a strong foundation in clinical medicine, having trained in general surgery after earning her MD from NYU School of Medicine. Before transitioning into industry, she spent nearly a decade in healthcare management consulting, advising biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies on clinical development and commercial strategy across multiple therapeutic areas.

She received her undergraduate degrees from Brown University, where she studied Psychology and East Asian Studies.
